All men are invited to join us at the church, 8:30am on the 2nd Saturday of each month for a hearty breakfast, inspiring devotion and good fellowship. In addition, see some of the other options below to get plugged in.
Current Bible Studies
The Outdoorsman’s Men’s Bible Study Group
The group is starting a new curriculum named Base Camp – Outfitting Our Faith. Each lesson starts with a relevant story on hunting or fishing and then builds upon events in the life of men from the Bible. These men, on the timeless pages of God’s Word, are given as examples and warnings to us. Each study is independent so if someone misses a session they do not get behind. The group meets in a workshop around a wood stove with a pot of coffee percolating. If interested, or if you know any outdoorsman that this might benefit (especially unchurched men) contact Bruce Ash (email@example.com) for more information.
Meets Tuesday evenings @ 7:00pm at the Ash home, 7717 Summercrest Dr, Apex.
Our Wednesday evening study is progressing through the Old Testament. We are currently finishing up 2 Kings and are progressing book-by-book and chapter-by chapter through the Bible. We typically cover about 10 chapters per week. Come and join us for some inspiring discussion and fellowship (and of course a few laughs) as we seek to grow together.
Meets Thursday evenings @ 7:30pm at the Raymondi home, 112 Grantwood Dr, Holly Springs. Contact Matt Raymondi (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information.
The Gospel Project for Adults – by Stetzer and Wax
Our current Sunday School offering is a series of 13 week studies. We recently completed the fall series The God Who Saves and we’re currently working through the winter edition titled Prophets and Kings which takes a look at some familiar characters such as Isaiah, Elijah and Jonah and some perhaps less familiar characters such as Joel and Naaman. Through the Bible stories we see how God pursues us as His people and how He desires to draw you close to Him. Check out the website for a preview www.GospelProject.com
Meets Sunday mornings @ 10:00 in Pastor Tom’s office
Warmth for Wake
This local firewood ministry cuts, splits and delivers wood to residents of Holly Springs and surrounding communities. We gather every other Saturday during the winter months and the only tools required are a willing heart and hands. For more information and specific work locations email Jerry Berreth at email@example.com.
