The Bible is filled with verses telling us to share our food with the hungry (Isaiah 58:7; Proverbs 22:9; Ezekiel 18:7; Luke 3:11; Matthew 25:34-40). The Holly Springs Food Cupboard collects, stores, and distributes food to Holly Springs area residents in need. Sunrise UMC members have been instrumental in the founding of and the weekly operations of this local ministry. Sunrise is also a drop-off site for non-perishable food items! There is always a cart located in the church lobby.
